Can I place my frame on the table top?
Sure you can, but it would have to be supported against a wall or an item as it does not come with its own stand to support it.
Does the frame come with a cover?
Yes, all our photo frames for framed prints product come with an acrylic cover to ensure your photo print get protected from fingerprints and the elements.

What is a Matt Board?
A Matt Board is the thick board backing usually found in frames. Unfortunately, we do not carry frames with Matt Boards at the moment. Alternatively, we can print your photo with a white border around to make it look similar to that of a Matt Board.

Our A sized frames come in black only
Do you provide packaging for A sized framed prints?
We understand some of the A sized framed prints you purchase are meant as a gift. We usually don't provide packaging boxes. However, some customers requested that they need it as it is meant to gift to their colleagues or bosses. We will try our best to accommodate. Please write in to us at [email protected]
Can you ensure my photo does not have any white borders?
Sure, if you submit your order via email, you may let us know your requirement and we will try our best to accommodate. Sometimes, the photos submitted cannot be cropped to fit the A sized frame as the ratio is not correct. We will check your pictures and advise accordingly.
